The Heritage Program is an intensive behavioral health program
for senior adults age 55 and older, who are Medicare eligible. It is an outpatient
behavioral health program that offers individuals the opportunity to improve their
quality of life by learning to cope with emotional problems, maximizing their
ability to function independently. Our services are group-based, focusing on
grief/loss resolution, stress management, and family therapy.

We offer Behavioral Health Services and an Intensive Outpatient Program for Seniors and Disabled individuals, including:

● Individual Therapy
● Family Therapy
● Transportation Services: Available for program participants within a 30-mile radius.
● Medication Support

●Telemed Services – Patients with Psychiatrist Medication Management for Program Participants
