Meals to Seniors

Food distribution to identified shut-in Seniors + handicapped persons only; Pet food available; Take donations to Semilla Natural Foods

Serve Seniors 60 years of age and older in Las Vegas, Pecos, San Miguel; required sign-up, by phone or in person; delivers 7 days lunch + dinner meals to qualified Senior at homes; drive-through meals available all sites to Seniors during flex time, Mon + Thur.
Congregate Services- Sites in Las Vegas, Pecos, San Miguel for breakfast + lunch, activities; not available during flex time
Home Delivery Services- Meal delivery lunch + dinner, 7 days a week, for Seniors who qualify
Transportation Services- Bringing Seniors to + from Centers, shopping trips, medical appointments; not available during flex time

Distributes commodities to Seniors only. 9-1 PM, 3rd Thursday

Commodity distribution. 10-12 noon food pick-up 1st Wednesday at church, after 1st Tuesday home delivery

Commodity distribution 1-4 PM, 1st Tuesday of full week + last Tuesday

Soup Kitchen; Takeout meals, food pantry bags, + produce . No commodities.

Offers a free meal. They are currently doing drive-through takeout only.

PK, K-12 Public School serving areas in western San Miguel County.

K-12, Public School serving areas located east of the Gallinas River.

Early Head Start, Head Start, K-12, Public School serving areas located w est of the Gallinas River.

Provides shelter for the homeless and housing-insecure. Call for availability and hours.

Provides food security-related services.

Emergency food baskets available Monday through Friday from 10AM-2:30PM.
Sack lunches available Monday through Friday beginning at 11AM-Noon.
Tues/Fri 11:00AM-noon: Fresh vegetables/meats free every Tues/Fri (courtesy Walmart) – drive up to 1000 Mills at 1 pm. Staff member delivers food to their vehicle.

Agency can also offer during food program hours: diapers/wipes, hygiene packs; household cleaning supplies; routine hygiene items.
