The program is designed to reduce the number of alcohol-related fatalities throughout Rio Arriba County. Services provided include: Prevention, Enforcement - Joint Tasks Force, Screening of DWI offenders, Compliance Monitoring/Tracking of DWI Offenders, Coordination/Planning and Evaluation, Public Information and Education, Treatment for DWI offenders (Intensive Outpatient Services/After Care), Community Reinforcement for Family Training (CRAFT), Detoxification Incarceration Treatment, Juvenile Community Corrections (Working with adjudicated delinquent youth), Intensive Community Monitoring, Day Reporting, Life Skills, Gender Specific Curriculum Groups, Youth Conservation Corp, and Success with Adolescent Goals. The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) assists persons and

Provide work readiness training along with supportive services with the goal of helping people reach a higher level of self-sufficiency. Help-NM’s youth program goals are to improve educational achievement, job readiness and employment opportunities for youth 14-21 years old.
